Howdy neighbor! Now that you have had time to enjoy that swimming hole in your backyard, I wanted to remind you about your Referral Reward program. We are always looking for good additions to our Pulliam Pool family. Did you know that we are offering a $250 reward for every prospective customer that you send to a Pulliam Pools designer that he sells? When the pool is sold and dug, you will receive a check!

There are more rewards for Pulliam Pool customers who send their designer new Pulliam family members: For five sold referrals, you will the $250 reward AND a gift certificate for one night's stay at a Marriot Hotel. For ten sold referrals, you still receive the $250 reward, but you also receive a Weekend Trip for two to San Antonio! Naturally, there are rules and regulations for this kind of thing:

1. Make sure that the family you are referring to us has NOT contacted us previously. If they have, then it does not qualify for the reward program. We keep track of everyone who calls with a computer "lead tracking" system. When a prospective customer calls, we ask if anybody referred them. If they do not use your name, it will also not be considered a referral.

2. You must call AND write your salesman and give him the name, number, and address of the prospective customer. Providing the prospect has not previously contacted Pulliam Pools, the salesman will then contact the referral.

3. Referral counting is cumulative from year to year. Specific hotels and awards are based on availability. If not available, an equivalent substituion will be awarded.
