Debra became the President and Co-Owner in 2009, after serving the Pulliam team since 1992. She has gracefully handled everything from legislation that affects our industry to business planning/marketing and so much more. Her diverse background and customer friendly attitude makes Debra a true asset as leader of the team.
Mike Clark
Vice President, CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
In 2009, Mike became Vice President and Co-Owner of Pulliam Pools. Having been in the industry since 1979 and a part of the Pulliam team since 1985, his experience is second to none. Mike's architectural training blends perfectly with his construction background. Mike manages our design team and reviews every plan before construction begins.
Rick Schroeder
Designer
Rick came to Pulliam Pools in 1996 and a collective cheer was heard throughout the office. Twice voted "Most Likely to Make You Laugh" at employee seminars, Rick's creative design skills are strengthened and influenced by his diverse business background. Rick is a true “people person” and remembers the names of most everyone he’s met.
Mike Hatfield
Designer
Mike has been designing pools for 28 years and excels in design skills and construction. His expertise puts customers at ease and his follow-up with details shows the importance of his commitment even after the sale. Mike lives in Milsap with his wife, Cindy, and works out of the Hudson Oaks location.
Andrew Fluty
Designer, CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
Andrew has been involved with the pool building industry as long as he can remember. In addition, he has been actively working in the swimming pool industry for about 13 years in construction, service and sales. This extensive background in the industry gives Andrew unusual insight when designing pools for his customers.
Taylor Fluty
Designer
Taylor is the third Fluty to join our team. His dad and brother have been part of our company for many years. Taylor worked for Pulliam in service and labor, and is excited to expand his talents in the sales and design arena. Taylor has literally grown up around the pool business.
