Splish, splash, they've done it again.
Pulliam Pools of Fort Worth won National Builder of the Year
from Pool and Spa News, the first time the award has been won two
consecutive years by the same company.
"We were pretty excited when we won Family Business of the Year
from Baylor University" in October, President Barry Pulliam said
of recognition by Baylor's Institute for Family Business. "But I
have to say that this surpasses anything we could have hoped for.
Our employees are estatic that we have all been recognized again on
a national level for our hard work."
Business is good. Last year, the company built 563 pools and
expects to build 700 this year. That makes it one of the largest
pool builders in a state known for its fondness for "cement ponds,"
and enough to push annual revenue past $15 million.
